PACKAGING
At LA TILDA we believe that it is possible to produce eco-friendly packaging that is still beautiful. That's why we use cardboard boxes made from grass-based and recycled materials to ship the products. We completely avoid plastic.
SHIPPING
The products will be shipped promptly after receipt of payment. The shipping cost will be calculated according to the location and the order at check out.
Please check the delivery address provided before you place the order. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect address.
We ship all orders with our partner DHL. Possible delays and customs clearance time are not included in the stated delivery time.
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €100. The regular shipping costs for orders under €100 are €5.99 within Germany.
Regular shipping within the EU is €15.99. We ship orders over €200 free of charge throughout the EU.
DELIVERY TIMES
As long as nothing to the contrary is noted on the respective product pages, the regular delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days and within the EU 5-11 working days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As a customer, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning, please include your order number, full name and address so that the return can be identified and processed.
If you want to return your items, use the return form that was sent to you via a link in the shipping confirmation. Please return the products with the completed form to the following address:
Processing can take up to 10 business days.
Please notify us of items damaged in transit within 5 days of receipt and we will be happy to arrange for the replacement of the products.
We accept no responsibility for lost packages.
