CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have questions about shipping and returns. You can find all information about this in the Shipping & Returns section.

My order is incorrect, what do I do now? Your product was sewn individually for you exclusively by hand. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, mistakes are human! Please send us an email to info@latilda.de . Please don't forget to include the order number in the email. We will get back to you in 2 to 5 days.

Can I still cancel or change my order? If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and would like to change your order, please write to us at info@latilda.de as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

When will I get my money back? As soon as the return has been checked by us, you will receive your money back immediately.

How long does it take for my order to get to me? It usually takes 3-5 business days to process your order. As soon as your package has left our shipping center, you will receive a DHL tracking link by email, which you can use to track your order.

 

SUSTAINABILITY

Does LA TILDA also use sustainable packaging materials? At LA TILDA we believe that it is possible to produce eco-friendly packaging that is still beautiful. That's why we use cardboard boxes made from grass-based and recycled materials to ship the products. We completely avoid plastic.

Where are LA TILDA products made? Our products are handmade in small quantities in Germany.

 

PRODUCTS & WASHING

What is the size of the fabric? Because muslin is a natural product, it can shrink and deform slightly after washing. The article was therefore made extra proportionally larger.

Which cleaning do you recommend? To clean our fabrics, we recommend a delicate cycle with a suitable mild detergent

What is recommended for drying? Muslin can shrink in the dryer.
